Never thought clean and healthy eating could be so much fun, earlier always looked at it as a big task. The best thing I learned is to proportionate and change the macros as per my goal requirement. Previously, I used to read avoid carbs for weight loss, but then you showed the true understanding of macros. Also pinpointing triggers for cravings has not only subsided the cravings but also developed overall well-being and a happy state of mind. And yeah, I can’t believe that I can avoid milk at least 3 days a week, hence my tea (caffeine) consumption was also reduced. I am so glad to have been part of this workshop and your mentoring was excellent.

Feels so good and feels so empowered! Earlier I would just brood around during my periods - couldn’t get myself to get up and do things - like basic cooking. Exercising regularly has definitely helped with the period pain as well as my PCOS.. month #2 of regular periods. I feel strong, powerful and Happiieee. Also!! I can lift more weights now

It’s been a refreshing change, honestly. Having a structured routine that provides for some flow between the days is definitely working for me. I’m less anxious, can be more productive in the allotted time for structure and the best part- even during the flow times I allotted for myself, I chose to do things that gave me joy rather than binging a TV series!

WEEK 0-2
Progress over Perfection
- Learn to Move your body without worrying about a "hardcore" workout.
- Learn the fundamental functional movements using bodyweight in 20 min workouts.
- Learn to connect with your body and breath to help you stay calm through busy schedules.
- Overcome confusion and overwhelm from half information on the internet. The 11 thumb rules sort you out with clear steps to start applying the top 20% steps in nutrition that give you 80% results.
WEEK 3 TO 6
Training in the uncomfortable zone.
- Get into your groove with structured functional workouts, energized by new way of eating and recovering.
- This is the time to apply all the Masterclasses rules learnt in Week 0 to 2.
- We cover functional strength, endurance, balance, mobility and flexibility.
WEEK 7
Review & Renew
- Catching up and re-aligning ourselves from learnings and upgrades from 4 weeks before.
- Get infused with renewed motivation with our KINETIC CODE Masterclass.
WEEK 8 TO 11
- Develop further on your fitness skills like combination movements, yoga for recovery as well as layer in the energy meditations.
WEEK 12
- Start moving, breathing, feeling like a Kinetic Person.
